: 3 eggs, slightly beaten

: tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp.
: ginger and 1/4 tsp. cloves
: 3/4 c. sugar
: Bake in a hot 425 degrees oven first 15 minutes. Reduce heat
: to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. The last 15 minutes of baking,
: prepare topping.

: Topping:
: 1 Tbsp. soft butter
: 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
: 3 Tbsp. coconut
: Blend together.

: FRESH PUMPKIN PIE

: 6 c. cooked fresh pumpkin
: 2 c. sugar
: 1 c. canned milk
: 4 eggs
: 2 tsp. cinnamon
: 1 tsp. cloves

: Cook pumpkin in salted water until tender. Then peel.
: Put half of each ingredient into blender. The entire recipe
: won't fit into the blender all at once. Blend until mixture is
: thickened (puree). If needed, add 1 tablespoon flour. Pour
: into pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
: Pie is done when knife inserted into center comes out clean.
: Makes one 9-inch pie and one 8-inch pie.
