I like that dip also! Concocted this on my own.
1 Lg. Velveeta
1 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Hot RoTel Tomatoes
1 can Mild RoTel Tomatoes
Thaw spinach and drain completely. Melt Velveeta and 2 cans RoTel in microwave. Add Soup and Spinach to cheese mixture. Heat thouroughly and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
