HAMBURGER CASSEROLE WITH A CRUNCH

2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 can chow mein noodles
sliced almonds
1 c. cooked rice

Brown onion in a little margarine. Add hamburger to the
skillet. Do not salt. In a large bowl, mix together the 2
soups and 1 can of water. Add pimento, soy sauce, celery,
carrots and cooked rice to soup mixture. Drain hamburger
mixture very well and then add to soup mixture. Add 3/4 can of
chow mein noodles to mixture; save some for the topping. Spoon
mixture into 2 to 3-quart casserole and top with remaining chow
mein noodles and almonds. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. cheese (sharp)
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni
noodles
salt
pepper

Brown hamburger, then drain. Add chopped onions, then
cook 10 minutes. Then add tomato and mushroom soup and grated
cheese. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Boil noodles until tender, then drain noodles and mix
well with the first mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour ingredients into casserole dish; sprinkle some grated
cheese over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Winner of 1987 Men's Bake-Off at Heritage Chapel Chris-
tian Fellowship.

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
garlic salt
2 small onions
1 c. mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. Chinese noodles or shoe
string potatoes

Brown meat; add onions, celery, soups and water. Stir
in rice, soy sauce and pepper and salt. Bake 30 minutes at
350 degrees. Add noodles on top and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves
10 to 12.

FIX AND FORGET HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can mixed
vegetables with liquid
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can beef consomme
1/2 soup can water

In 3 quart casserole combine ground beef, rice, vegeta-
bles, onion soup, consomme, celery soup and water. Mix thor-
oughly. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
2 cans celery soup
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped

Cook hamburger and spread on bottom of large casserole
dish. Heat soup, cheese and milk until smooth. Put hash
browns and onions over hamburger and pour soup mixture over
top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and
heat 15 minutes longer or until cheese has melted.

CABBAGE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 medium cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
buttered bread crumbs

Cook cabbage until just tender; brown beef and drain
fat. Cabbage should be sliced, drain thoroughly and mix with
all other ingredients except crumbs for the top. Place in
casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cannot believe how even non cabbage people go for this
dish. I sometimes use it with no meat for a vegetable dish.

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, with
green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese
Doritos

Brown hamburger meat, add salt, pepper and onion. Set
aside.
Mash one can Ro-Tel tomatoes, add 3 cans soup. Stir
well. Add meat mixture and stir well. Place Doritos in bottom
of casserole bowl and add mixture. Add Doritos on top and
grate Cheddar cheese on top of that. Cook at 300 degrees for 30
minutes.
