Pecan Sandies
This is an old White Lily recipe. As a matter of fact, no one here can remember when it wasn't in our recipe files. Our home economist, Belinda, at White Lily says she baked this cookie as a kid using the White Lily book she was given at a scout meeting. This recipe is easy enough that she could bake it by herself, and she got great praise for her acomplishment. (Could it be the reason she is a home economist now?) She called them snowballs since they are coated with powdered sugar, and it is a now a family holiday tradition.
You can bake these easy cookies and start your own holiday tradition.
