Heinz 57 Meatloaf
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 Slightly beaten egg
1/2 Cup seasoned dry Italian bread crumbs
1/4 Cup finely chopped onion
1/3 Cup milk
1/4 Cup Heinz 57 sauce
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1 1/2) in shallow baking pan.
Put extra Heinz 57 sauce on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Allow meat
loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Cheddar Burger Loaf
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients. Form a loaf. Bake at 350 deg. for
one hour.
