FUDGE SUNDAE PIE

1 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
vanilla wafers
Line bottom of 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers. Stir
together milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows and salt in heavy
1 quart saucepan over low heat until mixture thickens. Cool to
room temperature. Spoon 1/2 quart of ice cream over vanilla
wafers in pan. Cover with half of chocolate mixture. Repeat
with ice cream and remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
