Homemade Chocolate Pudding
1 1/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 12oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients except the vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Stir in vanilla. Top with whipped cream.
