To Sherry or whoever can help me....I got the recipe for banana pudding (home made) but I used a 2 qt dish not a 1 1/2 qt as specified and there was harldy enough pudding to layer in it...even if it was for a 1 1/2 qt dish it still would not seem to fill it up w/pudding layers...has anyone found it necessary to double the recipe for a 2 qt dish....seems would need to double for a 1 1/2 qt as well....any helpful tips would be appreciated...it is good but hardly made enough pudding to go around.
