: Candied Meatballs

: 1# hamburg
: 1 cup bread crumbs
: ½ cup milk
: 1 egg
: Dash of: Worchestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, onion & garlic salt
: Mix and shape into balls and brown.

: Sauce:
: 1 small bottle catsup
: 1 small bottle water
: ¼ cup vinegar
: ¼ cup corn syrup
: ½ cup brown sugar
: Heat until warm; add meatballs and cook ½ hour.

Swedish Meatballs

1 pound ground beef
½ cup minced onions
¾ cup dry bread crumbs or crackers
1 tbl.minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
½ cup milk
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls and brown. Remove from heat and make gravy(below). Return meat balls to gravy...cook 15-20 minutes @ 350º.

Meat Ball Gravy
Dissolve 2 beef boullion cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
Add; 1 tsp. paprika, and 1/8 tsp. pepper
Thicken with a flour thickening mixture as you would any gravy.

Can do ahead and keep hot in crock pot until serving.
