PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT

2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Mix in pan the sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Put on
medium heat and cook until it starts to boil. Remove from
heat. Cool for one minute. Add vanilla, salt, peanut butter
and oatmeal. Stir well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
After it cools, eat and enjoy.

PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix all ingredients together and cook 1 minute on medium
heat. Add 3 cups quick oats and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat
until it begins to thicken, then drop spoonfuls on wax paper to
cool.

PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHT COOKIES

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
candy kisses or M&M's

Mix shortening, peanut butter, sugars and egg thorough-
ly. Measure flour. Blend in all dry ingredients. Heat oven
to 375 degrees. Roll into balls. Coat with sugar. Place on cookie
sheet. Bake for about 7 minutes, then place candy kiss or
M&M's in the middle of cookies. Place in oven for about 2 more
minutes. Makes 20 to 24 cookies.

PEANUT-BUTTER DELIGHT

1 c. peanut butter
1 stick margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg. chocolate chips, milk
chocolate or semi-sweet or
butterscotch chips

Mix all but chips and put in a pan. Put chips in a
double boiler and melt chips, then pour over the peanut butter
mixture. Cool and cut into squares.
