Hey,

I don't know how old this is, but yes at Dominos(of which i quit 8 months ago) we did the identical steps to make the cinnamon as we did to make the bread sticks.

The difference is, we added a sugar/cinnamon mix with a light butter mix. And of course we throw in icing.

I don't know why you are so down on dominos. It's one of the few places where you can get a 5 dollar large single topping pizza which is consistent quality wise everytime.

It probably depends greatly on which location you worked at; some just don't have great deals. Plus, the one I worked at was super clean. 10x better than the local Pizza Hut(in which i have friends who work), and a few other locations. Granted, put something in 450 degrees for 6:30 it kills a lot of stuff, but who the hell wants junk in their pizza?

BTW, at my dominos we NEVER made the dough. This is very important, because the dough makes all the difference. When i make it from scratch I typically use the flour(very high gluten), salt, water, and oil mix with dry yeast. But, I also let my dough rise for AT LEAST 48 hours in the fridge, or 24 or more not in the fridge.
