I can't remember the title of this dessert. I want to say that "summer" is in the title. It is almost like a cheesecake and you put fruit on the top. The last time that I made it(2 summers ago). I placed blueberries, strawberries and bananas on top. If this makes sense to anyone, could you please send the recipe my way??? I lent my Pampered Chef cookbook to a friend(she says she doesn't have it!!!). Thank you in advance!!!!
