I am looking for a recipie for peanut squares, they are yellow cake rolled in chopped peanuts. I have seen them have white frosting on to help keep the peanuts on but the one I want is like they ones they have down south. If anyone is from St Louis or southern Il it is like the ones from Eckerts Farm.
