PHILADELPHIA SOFT PRETZELS

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
coarse salt

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in sugar and flour. Knead
dough on floured board. Roll small pieces into ropes of
12-inches; bend to pretzel shape. Place on greased cookie
sheet. Brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake
at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Extra flour while kneading or
rolling makes it easier.)
