SUNRISE SALAD SURPRISE

2 cans Veg-All mixed
vegetables, drained
1 pkg. (7 oz.) Creamettes
elbow macaroni
8 strips bacon, crisp and
crumbled
1 can French-fried onion rings
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Chill Veg-All vegetables thoroughly. Prepare Creamettes
according to package directions for salad use. Drain. Combine
macaroni, Veg-All vegetables, bacon and 1/2 can French-fried
onion rings. Add mayonnaise, 1/2 of parsley and seasoned salt.
Toss gently. Serve immediately or chill 1 to 2 hours. Just
before serving, garnish with remaining onion and parsley. If
desired, serve in tomato shells. Serves 4.

SHOE STRING SALAD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. diced celery
2 hard boiled eggs
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna,
drained
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. Miracle Whip

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 1
hour. Just before serving add 1 can of shoe string potatoes.

HAYSTACK SALAD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 small can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. grated carrot
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. peas (optional)
1 1/2 c. shoe string potatoes
mayonnaise

Mix tuna, grated carrot, celery, onions, lemon juice and
peas with mayonnaise and place in refrigerator. Add shoe
string potatoes just before serving.

SALAD ON A SHOESTRING

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked or canned peas
1/4 c. minced onions
1 c. or less salad dressing
1 can (4 oz.) shoestring
potatoes

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the shoe-
string potatoes. Garnish with eggs, green peppers, etc. Just
before serving, add 1 can (4 ounce) shoestring potatoes.
