There are several things you can do for a dalmation party.
Check cake decorating shops or sometimes Wal-Mart carries Wilton Cake Decorating Supplies. I know at one time Wilton had a 101 Dalmation pan.
You can also check the bakery department in some grocery stores, sometimes they will sell you the decorating kit they use for cakes.

For Snacks you could make dog bone cookie treats, email me for the recipe. Puppy chow, rice chex recipe, I also have the recipe for this.
You could make dog headbands and paint their faces like dalmations.
