Grandma used to bring me these every summer.
(She made them with butterscotch morsels instead of chocolate chips).

1 12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
2 cups dry roasted peanuts, halved
1 3oz can Chinese noodles (I could only find a 5oz can so I used less)
Melt the chocolate chips on top of a double boiler*.

Stir in the peanut butter.

Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts and Chinese noodles.

Drop from a soup spoon onto waxed paper.

Refrigerate until set.

*If you don't have a double boiler, simply place the chips in a Pyrex® type bowl over a small pot containing about an inch of boiling water. Stir all the while until the chips melt.
