A local restaurant (Joey Tomato's - in western Canada) serves the most delicious lettuce wraps - they're sort of sweet yet a bit spicey. Some of the ingredients they use are: thinly sliced carrots, peppers, chicken (or shrimp), peanuts, dry noodles, mushrooms. They serve the mixture in a bowl and then you just wrap them in lettuce leaves. They're so good - I'd love to try to copy them but after searching quite a few recipe sites I'm still having trouble finding anything similar. Ideas anyone? Much appreciated!
