DIJON MUSTARD SAUCE

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. garlic, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Saute butter in a small skillet, then add olive oil.
Stir good together, about 2 minutes. Then add Dijon mustard,
honey, garlic and parsley, stirring with a wooden spoon contin-
uously. It will only take 5 minutes to saute once you have all
the ingredients ready.
Serve over baked chicken, turkey or fish. Only a small
amount is needed as it is spicy, but oh so good.
