WAFFLE IRON COOKIES
4 sq. baking chocolate (or 3 tbsp. cocoa plus 1/2 tbsp.
Crisco)1 stick butter4 eggs1 1/2 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla2 c. flour
Melt butter in saucepan and add all the rest of the ingredients. Heat waffle iron like for waffles. Drop cookie dough about 1 inch apart, about 1 teaspoon for each cookie.
Bake 2 minutes. Cool and ice with powdered sugar icing.
