GRANDMA NOVAK'S RHUBARB MARMALADE

1 c. sugar
1 c. rhubarb, diced
1 orange, blended
1 can crushed pineapple,
drained

Add one cup of sugar for every cup of rhubarb and cook
over low heat. Do not add any water. Rhubarb makes its own
water. Blend one orange, without the seeds and add to the
rhubarb mixture. Add one can of crushed pineapple, drained for
flavoring. Seal the jam with paraffin wax.
Note: Use rhubarb and sugar according to the size of
recipe you'd like to make. I have made this with about 5 or 6
cups of each.
