This is probably my favorite piece of stoneware...

I use it for sheet cakes, family size casseroles of all types, roasting chickens, etc. Cooking times don't need adjusting or anything.

Only things you need to be careful of are handling when it's hot (it's REALLY hot & will shatter if it contacts something cold - don't even think about trying to wash it until it's completley cooled). And then there's washing it.. .NO SOAP! Just fill it with hot water, let it sit a few minutes, and then use Pampered Chef scrapers to scrape the remains out (and you don't have to scrape hard - once it's been used a few times, it comes right off every time). AFter I've scraped out all I can, I then use a clean dishrag & go over it really good with hot water. Then rinse it one last time and you're done.
