HARD CANDY SUCKERS

1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flavorings: cinnamon,
peppermint or any flavoring
Mix syrup, water and sugar in medium saucepan. Cook to
hard crack stage. Remove from heat. Add flavoring and food
coloring. Pour into molds or plastic ice trays. Put in sucker
sticks (keep straightening until set). Wrap in plastic wrap
squares. Good fund raiser!
