Caramel Rolls w/ cream

I am looking for a caramel roll recipe that a cafeteria in Minot ND used to make. It is a caramel roll that is yeast based and is placed in a 13 X 9 pan with cream in the bottom of the pan and then baked.. Results are a wonderful, gooey caramel yeast roll.
