Natural Whey Protein Power Pancakes

(Makes one good sized pancake, lots of protein here!)

Spray Frying pan with Pam or similar cooking spray.
In stick blender beaker Beat 2 egg whites 1 tsp sugar sprinkle of nutmeg & dash vanilla, Until foamy and meringue looking.
Add 1 Tbsp Pumpuii Natural Whey Protein and 1 Tbsp Soy flour Beat till well mixed.
Pour into med-hot pan and cook till bubbles appear all over uncooked top of pancake. Use spatula to ease pancake up - spray pan again & turn pancake. Cook till browned. EAT! (Serve hot or cold with fruit, jam, yogurt or frozen lo-fat yogurt as a dessert)

Natural Whey Lo-Fat Chocolate Cookies

In Large Mixing Bowl place the following:
2 egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp lo-fat cocoa
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 C water
2. Mix Well with fork & Add the following:

1 1/3 Cups Soya flour
1/3 C Corn flour
1/3 C Rice flour
2 scoops protein powder
3. Mix well. If batter is too stiff, add more water until it is like very thick cake batter. Drop by spoonfuls, about 1/2" apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam or similar product. (optional: sprinkle tops with white sugar) Bake at 375 F for 12 - 15 minutes. Rotate pan 1/2 turn partway thru baking process to ensure even cooking. Makes about 24.

Natural Whey Protein Jellied Salad (5 minutes to make - approx 3 hours to set)

2 pkgs orange Jell-O (diet if preferred)
1 1/2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups cold water
8 oz (1 cup) nonfat, dry curd cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
2 scoops Natural Whey Protein
Mix together: Jell-O and water. Let chill in fridge but not quite set - about 1/2 hour. With electric beater mix together Cottage cheese, pineapple and Natural Whey Protein. Add the partly set Jell-O. Mix well. Put in serving bowl. Place in fridge till set - about 2+ hours.

Natural Whey Ginger Cookies (Lo Fat recipe)

In large Bowl place the following:

1 C. Sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 cup molasses
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Artificial Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp water
Mix this together well. In another bowl Mix the following:

1 Cup Soy flour 1 Cup wheat flour (OR 1/3 cup white rice & 1/3 C corn)
1 tsp ea: Baking soda, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger
2 scoops Nat Whey Protein Powder
Stir dry ingredients together & Add to sugar mixture. Blend well. Batter should be thick. If too thick add a bit of water. (optional - sprinkle tops with sugar) Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Should make about 2 dozen. Bake at 325F for 12-15 mins. Turn pan 1/2 rotation once thru cooking process.

Natural Whey Protein Tomato Soup

1 Large can whole tomatoes
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 large onion diced
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp sugar (or sweetener)
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
Optional: pepper, salt, Italian seasoning
In med saucepan, boil diced onion in 1 cup water with dried parsley for 10 minutes. Blend canned tomatoes In blender. Add sugar and soda, blend again. Add the protein powder, blend. Add to cooked onions. Heat and add seasonings to taste. Serve hot with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top if desired.

Natural Whey Protein Salad Dressing

Place the following in Blender or in Stick Blender beaker:

1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp water
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp sugar (or sweetener to taste)
1 - 1 1/2 scoops whey protein
Blend well. Add more water to thin out if necessary.

Natural Whey Protein Cappuccino Shake

Buy Fat Free Cappuccino (usually found with the hot coffee at take out counters). Let cool in fridge at home. In Blender add the following:

4-5 ice cubes
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cold cappuccino
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 scoop Nat Whey Protein
Blend well. Serve over ice.

Natural Whey Protein Chocolate Shake

In cup blend 1/2 - 1 packet of Diet Hot Cocoa powder with 1/3 C hot water. In blender place 5-6 ice cubes, 1 cup water, 1 scoop Natural Whey Protein and the cocoa mix. Blend until thick and smooth. Serve at once. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Natural Whey Protein Coffee Shake

In cup place 1 tsp instant coffee, 1-2 tsp sugar or sweetener and 2 tbsp hot water. Mix. Place 5-6 ice cubes in blender. Add 1 Cup water, the coffee mixture and 1 scoop Natural Whey. Blend till ice cubes are crushed and shake is thick and frothy. Pour into glass and enjoy.

Natural Whey Protein Mocha Shake

Mix 1/2 packet diet hot Chocolate, 1/2 tsp instant coffee and 1/3 cup hot water in Stick blender beaker. Add 4-5 ice cubes, 1 scoop Nat. Whey protein, 2/3 cups water and blend till smooth and frothy. Sweeten if desired.

Natural Whey Protein Frozen Yogurt Shake

In Blender place the following: 1/2 to 1 cup lo-fat frozen yogurt (any flavour) 1 cup water 4-5 ice cubes 1 scoop protein Blend well till thick and smooth. Add more water if needed.

*** you can also add fruit to this if you desire, or substitute fruit juice for the water.***

Natural Whey Protein Fruit Shake

*** when Fruit is mentioned - use your choice of frozen fruit: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, peaches, pears, grapes or any combo of the above) ***

In Blender place the following: 4-5 ice cubes, 1 cup water dash lemon juice 1-2 tsp sugar, honey or sweetener to taste 1/2 - 1 Cup Fruit Blend well till thick and smooth.

Natural Whey Protein Orange Pineapple Shake

In blender place the following: 4-5 ice cubes, 1 cup orange juice 1/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple 1 scoop Natural Whey Protein Blend until thick. Enjoy!

Natural Whey Protein Pineapple Banana Shake

In Blender place the following: 4-5 ice cubes 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup pineapple juice (Optional: few drops coconut flavoring) 1/2 cup water 1 scoop Natural Whey Protein Blend well till thick and smooth.

Natural Whey Protein Chocolate Monkey Shake

Place the following in a blender: 1 frozen, chopped banana, 1/2 packet diet hot cocoa, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 Cup skim milk Blend well and enjoy! *(freeze peeled bananas wrapped in plastic wrap or in baggies)*
