TNT salad

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I call this the TNT salad for my sister Tricia and myself, Tara, also
because it is dynomite!

1 bag of spring mix greens
1/4 cup crumbled gorganzola cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup of roasted pecans
1/3 cup of good olive oil
1/3 cup (or to taste) balsalmic vinigar or orange or lemon juice

Soak the cranberries in the olive oil and vinigar, or olive oil and
juice dressing at least 10 minutes.

Throw everything else in a bowl, add the cranberries and dressing just
before serving.

A sure hit.
