: : Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain grease.
: : Mix half of the tomato sauce and enchilada mix with the meat; set aside.

: : Grease a large (9x13) glass pan and spread a couple of spoonfuls of the
: : tomato sauce and enchilada mix into the bottom of the pan.

: : In each tortilla, put a couple of spoonfuls of meat, a handful of cheese
: : and a couple of olives, then roll tortilla and place in pan until pan is full.

: : Spread remaining tomato sauce on top of enchiladas.
: : Spread cheese over the top and top with remaining olives.

: : Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted
: : and tortilla ends are browned. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
