Keep it up , it works! here are a few things.....

BLT Salad:
Lettuce
Bacon lots of bacon
Roma tomatoes
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Real Mayo mixed with a little bacon grease to thin it down.
And if you real have to, you can add croutons

Fried Cheese as a snack.
Take shredded cheddar and romano with a little oregano. Drop by figer fulls in a hot non-stick skillet (you don't need oil its in the cheese!)let it brown befor turning or removing. drain on paper towles and cool. There better than Chips!

The best "sweet" i have found is Jell-o brand sugar free instant pudding made with 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of water, topped with lots of real whipped cream. My kids and husband eat it and have no idea thats its sugar free.

Oh and its fun to go to Burger King or MacDonalds and ask for a whopper or big mac with-out the bun it really confuses them!
