If you like spicy foods this is a great recipe that can be served on a bun as well.
1 3-4 Pork Roast
1 16 oz. jar of Peppercinis- juice and all
garlic- I used 1/2 a bulb!
What I do is put all the above in a crockpot on high before I leave for work. When I return all I have to do is make veggies and a starch. My family loves this and it's great for large crowds too on buns.
