Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
1 bx Duncan HinesŪ Chocolate Cake mix (pudding mix)
1 C Best FoodsŪ mayonnaise
1 C water
3 eggs
Bake at 350 degrees. Time: 30-35 minutes.
Blend all ingredients well.
Pour into 9" x 13" pan and bake.

Triple Chocolate Cake
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box brownie mix
6 eggs
1 tbls vanilla extract
2 sticks of butter
1 small bag of chocolate chips
1 chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can of chocolate fudge frosting
In mixing bowl beat eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream
and melted butter till smooth. Pour in cake mix
and brownie mix. Blend until moist with spoon.
Beat only 1 minute until batter is thick and smooth.
Add chocolate chips and blend in.
Spoon batter into 3-9" round greased and floured cake
pans. Cook 45 to 60 minutes (until inserted knife is clean).
Let cakes cool while preparing chocolate pudding with 1/2 cup
less milk. Top bottom two layers with the pudding. After
positioning final cake layer, microwave frosting until pourable
(not too thin) and pour over the entire cake.
