I am a Pamoered Chef Consultant and have all the cookbooks but can not find a recipe with the ingredients you have listed. There are dessert rings with crescents, cherry pie filling and cream cheese and there are dessert pizzas with cookie dough and fruit toppings. If you are interested in one or all of these let me know at my email and I will get them to you or sedn you a catalog to look at of you want to see if you recognize one of the cookbooks. If it is a very old recipe, Pampered Chef is coming out with a new dessert cookbook in March 2001 and maybe it will be brought back in that. Good luck finding your recipe. Wendy Ann
