: Ok, I'm trying to find this recipe for a dessert that has cottage cheese and something else on the bottom, then pears and lime jello on top. I think there might be nuts mixed in with the cottage cheese...anyway, if anyone knows of a recipe for this dessert, I would be most appreciative!

: Thanks :-)

PINEAPPLE LIME JELLO MOLD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 pkg. lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix jello and water and chill until syrupy. Mix cottage
cheese, pineapple nuts and mayonnaise with syrupy jello. Pour
into mold and refrigerate until set and ready to use.

LIME JELLO SALAD

1 (No. 2) can crushed
pineapple
1 pt. small curd cottage
cheese
1 c. walnut meats
1/2 pt. whipping cream,
whipped
12 marshmallows
1/3 c. sugar

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups. Add
sugar and marshmallows and boil until marshmallows are melted,
then add lime jello. Cool place in refrigerator until begins
to thicken. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, walnuts and whip-
ping cream. Blend and serve.

LEMON-LIME JELLO SALAD

1 large can crushed pineapple,
drained
1 (8 oz.) small curd cottage
cheese
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Mix lime and lemon jello with hot water. Let set until
soft set. Then whip with electric mixer until frothy. Add
Miracle Whip to jello and mix with electric mixer. Add Miracle
Whip only after jello has been whipped. Whip in Eagle Brand

been wiped with Miracle Whip and has a lid. Chill until set.
Fix a day ahead of time.
