I'm trying to find recipes of european sawdust bread made in WWII by the German government. Real sawdust from sawmills was used and the results were highly healthful compared to modern recipes that are low in roughage. If anyone remembers how it was made the recipe needs to be printed for all to see. It is the ultimate preventive and cure for intestinal problems.
