We just found out my daughter is allergic to all dairy, cane & beet sugars, nightshade family (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, etc.) and shouldn't have wheat! Italian food was a favorite, someone gave me one recipe for red sauce with pumpkin or carrots, any others recommended out there?
