Chicken Cordon Bleu

4-6 oz skinless boneless chicken breast
Deli cooked ham
Deli swiss cheese

Pound the chicken breast thinner with a meat pounder. Place 1 or 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on chicken breast. Fold chicken to make a pocket. Roll stuffed chicken breast in bread crumbs. Secure chicken breast in a rotisserie basket. Cook for approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with chicken gravy over it, if desired. Enjoy
