I know this looks really complicated, but it's not and it is wonderful. Hope you can use it.

Ten

3 med sz. Avacados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt - 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2c. mayo
3 med. sz tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. (8oz.) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans bean dip (mash 2 cans pinto beans and cook down)
4 green onions, chopped
Lg. pkg. tortilla chips

1) Peel. pit, and mash avacados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2) Combine sour cream, mayo, and taco mix in bowl (this should be done several hours in advance to give flavors time to blend.)
To Assemble:
Spread bean dip on large shallow serving plate; top with avacado mixture. Layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled. Hint: Add a little picante sauce to the refried beans and in the chopped tomatoes for a little zest! This dip is wonderful.
