These 3 are listed in my cookbooks under this name of Millionaires Pie..

COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4 eggs
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1 (No. 303) can crushed
pineapple, drained
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz. size)
2 frozen pie crusts

Mix sugar and butter; add eggs. Bake at 350 degrees until
done. (Brown on top.)

COUSIN MARGE'S PINEAPPLE PIES

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 box powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 large Cool Whip

Cream cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Add
pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip, blend together. Pour into 2
baked pie shells. Chill and serve. Delicious and so easy.

PINEAPPLE PIES

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 large can crushed pineapple,
drained
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients well and pour in a graham cracker
crust. Chill before serving. Can be frozen.
