I like this version because it does not call for raw eggs.
Better-Than-Bailey's Irish Cream
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pint whiskey
1 small carton heavy cream
Mix all together and use as you would Bailey's Irish Cream.
