This is an excellent recipe for including young kids in making. It is flourless!!
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix and pat out on to cookie sheet and cook until done, do not brown.
***This only makes about 8-10 cookies (small) so I usually triple this recipe. And just think, no flour to sweep off the floor and counter. You really can't tell the difference. They taste wonderful and are so easy.
