Weight Watcher Recipes
CANDY BAR/BREAKFAST BAR

Yield: 1 Servings

1 pk Alba or WW Chocolate Drink
2 tb Coffee
1 tb Peanut Butter
2 tb Raisins
2 tb Oatmeal

Mix all together; place on plastic wrap. Shape into a log. Freeze.
Cut in slices. WW exchanges: 1 milk, 1 fruit, 1 bread, 1 protein, 1
fat

BROWNIE

Yield: 1 Servings


1 pk Chocolate Alba mix
3 ts Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
6 ts Boiling water or coffee
1 pk Art. sweetner
1 ts Vanilla

Spray small microwave proof bowl. Pour mixture into bowl and bake in
microwave 45 sec or reg oven 7 min 1 M, 35 opt cal.

BIG COOKIE - WW - #2

Yield: 2 Servings

1 1/2 oz Oatmeal; dry
1/3 c Nonfat dry milk
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Raisins
2 tb Peanut butter; (chunky)
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 Banana;(mashed)(adds sweet)
2 tb Water; (maybe 3 T)

Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at
350 F. for 5-8 min. Do not over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1
cookie = 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1 protein, 1 fat & 1 fruit.

CHOCOLATE PEANUTBUTTER BAR

Yield: 1 Servings


2 tb Black coffee or water
1 tb Chunky Peanut Butter
1 pk Chocolate Alba
3/4 oz Uncooked Old Fashioned Oats
2 tb Raisins

Using a fork, is small mixing bowl, combine coffee (or water) and
peanut butter, mixing until peanut butter is softened; add remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly (mixture will be stiff and sticky).
Transfer mixture to sheet of wax paper or plastic wrap and using
hands, press mixture together and shape into a log about 5 inches
long and 1 1/2 inches wide. Tightly wrap log in the wax paper and
freeze overnight. Makes 1 serving. EACH SERVING: 1 P, 1 B, 1 FAT, 1
FRUIT, 1 MILK (302 Calories).

3/4 oz Oats or Grape-Nuts
2 tb Raisins
1 tb Peanut butter
2 tb Warm water

Combine all ingredients and form into a bar. Place in freezer until
