1 env Dream Whip
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix topping mix, milk and vanilla in deep narrow-bottom bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
Beat on high speed about 4 minutes or until topping thickens and forms peaks. Store, covered, in fridge until ready for use.
