: I recently attended a holiday craft show and one of the most popular booths was the instant gourmet coffee booth...featuring different flavored instant coffee and hot chocolate mixes. The best tasting and biggest seller was Cinnamon Chocolate Coffee...Does anyone have the recipe for this drink mix???

-----------------------
Mexican Coffee

Makes 6 Cups

Mexicans adore spiced, sweetened coffee enhanced with a kiss of vanilla, it's a splendidly rich accompaniment to desert.

Ingredients: 125 ml roasted coffee 80 ml chocolate syrup
1 tbsp Cinnamon 250 ml milk
¼ tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Vanilla
1¼ litre water whipped cream, for garnish
60 ml brown sugar cinnamon, for garnish

Place coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg in coffee filter. Brew with the water. In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, chocolate syrup, and milk.

Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add to coffee along withvanilla. Pour into coffee cups. Garnish with whipped cream and add a sprinkling of cinnamon.

----------------------------------

MOCHA COCOA MIX

2 cups dairy creamer such as Cremora
2 cups Carnation instant milk
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 vanilla bean, split

Mix in a blender, except the vanilla (bean or liquid), so the size
and consistency is equal. Put in an air tight container and add
vanilla bean..

To make 1 cup: heat 6 oz water to boiling and add 4 to 5 heaping
teaspoons. Stir. Add a dollop of whipped cream or marshmallow.

For gifts: put in a pretty jar and add a tag with final instructions.
Top lid with a quilting square and tie with burlap around the neck
of the jar.
OPTIONAL:

**Add 1 tablespoon cinnamon..
