i also purchased the pampered chef cookie press and i am very happy with it. A bunch of my friends own them as well, and no one has had any problems with it. Also there is a good recipe for it that my family all loved when they tried it.
1 box white cake mix (ex. pillsbury)
4 sticks butter
2 3/4 c. flour
microwave the butter until soft but not all melted, stir to melt the rest and add it to the cake mix and flour. Presto! excellent cookies. :)
