Easy Frosting

5 tsp flour
1 cup milk
pinch of salt

Cook this until thick, put in refrigerator.

When cool add:
1 stick margarine
1 cup crisco
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well with mixer.

Serving Suggestions:
Use for filling and frosting for cakes. You can use cake coloring for special occasions.

Crisco Icing

1 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1 cup crisco
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cook milk and flour until thick and bubbly. Cool completely.

Mix together crisco, sugar and vanilla. Beat both mixtures together
with whip attatchment on mixer for at least 5 minutes or until sugar
is no longer grainy.

Mok Whipped Cream Icing

1 cup milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 stick (1/4 lb.) margarine
1/3 cup Crisco
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan, combine milk and cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium
heat until thick. Cool.

In a mixer bowl, beat margarine, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in vanilla. Beat in milk mixture. Continue beating until light
and fluffy.
