Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Egg yolks
14 1/2 oz Can evaporated milk
1/2 c Peanut butter
2/3 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt

Beat eggs well. Blend in the milk, peanut butter, sugar and salt and pour into
freezer tray. Freeze until almost hard then pour into a bowl and beat until
smooth. Return to freezer tray or molds and freeze until firm.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

*Try this with a hot fudge sauce and topped with peanuts.

Peanut Butter Paradise Ice Cream

Servings: 16

1 (14-ounce) can EagleŽ Brand Sweetened condensed Milk
1 (10-ounce) package miniature candy-coated peanut butter flavored candies
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups whipping cream

In large bowl, combine EagleŽ Brand, candy pieces and peanut
butter; set aside.

Pour whipping cream into chilled large bowl. With mixer, beat
whipping cream to soft peaks. Gradually fold into EagleŽ Brand
mixture. Transfer to large freezer container. Cover tightly and freeze
6 hours or until firm.

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Freezing Time: 6 hours
