Pull-Apart Herbed Rolls

Yields: 1 dozen rolls

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 loaves (1 pound each) frozen bread dough, thawed and cut into 1-inch
pieces

Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and onion powder; mix well. Add the
bread dough and toss to coat completely; place in the muffin cups. Cover and allow to rise for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.

Note: This can also be baked in a tube or Bundt pan to make one large round bread.
