Sorry to hear that no one else in the family has the recipe.
Here is one I have used for crush and grape soda..
ICE CREAM

2 cans Eagle Brand condensed
milk
2 liters soda (any flavor)
Pour ingredients into electric or hand crank freezer and
mix until thick. Orange and root beer are our favorite fla-
vors. Makes 2 1/2 quart.
