A friend of mine and I have a recipe to follow once we get the starter bread, however we were wondering if someone knew what the starter consisted of. Is it just flour, milk, and sugar? Also, can you bake the bread right away by using the 1cup flour, 1cup sugar, 1cup milk and then adding all the other ingredients, or do you have to go through the 10 day process? My friend needs this almost immediately for a project she is working on and we would appreciate any possible leads on this. "Thanks!"
