Blender Whipped Cream (7 Flavors)

Pour 1 cup chilled whipping cream into blender container; cover and run on speed 1 (or low).
Remove cover during whipping so that you can watch it carefully; as soon as the cream thickens and begins to hold the shape of the blades, turn off blender. Watch carefully, as cream will be churned quickly to butter.

If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to container.


Cocoa Whipped Cream:
For each 1/2 pint (1 Cup) whipping cream, put 2 tablespoons cocoa and 3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar in blender with cream; whip as directed above.

Mocha Whipped Cream:
For each 1 cup whipping cream, add 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon instant coffee in blender with cream; whip as directed above.

Lemon Whipped Cream:
For each 1 cup whipping cream, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a small piece of lemon rind in blender container with cream; whip as directed above. Perfect for gingerbread, spice cakes, and other desserts.

Peppermint Whipped Cream:
For each 1 cup whipping cream, add 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon peppermint flavoring, and a few drops green food coloring in blender container with cream; whip as directed above. Good on chocolate cakes, and desserts.

Strawberry Whipped Cream:
For each 1 cup whipping cream, add 2 tablespoons strawberry jam, and 2 drops red food coloring in blender container with cream; whip as directed above.
Good for strawberry shortcake, and white cakes.

Butterscotch Whipped Cream:
For each 1 cup whipping cream, put 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar in blender container with cream
whip as directed above. Good on cakes, peach shortcake, and other desserts.
