Please help me, I have a cute little parakeet whose eyes seems to keep irritating her, one day it's red and the other day it's okay, but today when I woke up, I saw her scratching her eyes out for some reason, it looks as if her eyes are puffy, what is the problem, could it be from the food that I cook? My mom loves to put peppers in everything so could the smell of the peppers be irritating her eyes?
